Catrina Sutter
Catrina was born in Switzerland and sailed to New Zealand in 1981.
She is a student of Peter Kecskemeti in Whangarei.
Her background consists of Art, Mime, Dance, Yoga, Horticulture.Catrina says, "Sing Ong Tai Chi is a very supportive and encouraging organisation that teaches unlimited ways of improving movements through excellent teachings in classes and seminars. In Tai Chi I have found a way that relaxes mind and body while focusing on precision, balance and coordination. Its regular practice has released many tensions and added an awarness and centre to my daily life.
